Please help ASAP part 2?

Sry for the addition. My dog happy who has a skin problem has gone through a full course of steriod and is on antibiotics. He seemed to be getting better for a short period of time then got worse. The "infection" is on his face, ears, legs, torso and tail. the spots are hot and the skin around the areas is inflammed. His breathing has goten very heavy over the past few days and we fear that it may be putting a strain on his heart. The infection has been going on for several weeks not. What is this?

Please help ASAP part 2?
It's like you going to the Dr's when he or she isn't helping then you go fined another Dr, that's what it sounds like what you should do for your dog too. Call him tell him that what he is doing is not helping, tell him you want to see another Dr of your choice, call another vet tell the other vet what your vet has been doing for you dog, they will ask you to bring your baby in so they can take a look at it, I'd ask your vet for the med records so you can bring them to show the other vet. So they will know everything your vet has done %26amp; what meds they have put him on.. You do have that right to take your dog to another vet to get the very best care he or she can get..
Reply:you need another vet go now please go now
Reply:CALL YOUR VET NOW PLEASE
Reply:GO TO YOUR VET. If you are still having problems, then you need to get proffessional advice and we can not give that here.
Reply:Heavy breathing is serious and should never be ignored. You should take your dog to the vet as soon as possible.
Reply:dont sit here and ask questions go to the vet NOW. it could be ringworm that got infected or hotspots that got infected and the infection is spreading throwout your dogs body and that is very very bad
Reply:get ur A-$$ to the vet and help him out!! that poor baby!
