when i was washing my dog i noticed that underneath his hair thats the skin its blackish brownish gery but i can't tell after all he has pretty alot of hair. what would be the problem? he is a year and 3 month old dog mix...

Reply:Some dogs have dark skin naturally. If you look at Chinese Cresteds, some of them have black spots, even though have no fur....

Reply:dogs are not necessarily white underneath them. It would probably be normal.
Reply:hes mixed so its probably his skin color thats all , if it doesnt hurt him then hes fine i guess
Reply:I never noticed until I got my dogs haircut that she has a million brown and black frecckles all over her. It's normal for dogs to have different skin color, they're all so unique!
