Skunks smell on my dog's breath?

My Dog was sprayed by a skunk 1 week ago. We washed him with tomato juice, shampoo and professional skunk nutrilizer shampoo several times and he still smells from the skunk. I think part of the problem is that he injested some of the skunk musk because he threw up within 1/2 hour of being sprayed. Stil a week later his skin and breath smell like skunk!!! What can we do for him because I can see he is uncomfortable and not eating well either?

The dog has probably been licking his fur and injesting some of the skunk musk. Throwing up gets rid of what is in his stomach, but I would call the Vet with any concern.
Reply:Bath him again and give him lots of chicken broth. If you boil up chicken breast, debone it then if he feels well enough give him the breast meat. But not too much to fast. It will hydrate him, thin out everything. His blood, breath, urine, he might just feel better. Poor thing!!!
Reply:Poor thing! Try giving him a few treats that have strong flavors. Maybe peanut butter on a rawhide.
